摘要
随着“数字中国”战略的提出,我国的社会管理模式迈进了一个新的发展时期。本研究采用了中国知网(CNKI)最近十年间的学术文章作为分析资料,并通过Cite Space的知识图谱分析法对2014年至2023年间有关数字治理方面的文献发表情况、作者及机构间的合作、以及高频关键词等方面进行了可视化的深入探讨,旨在直接揭示数字治理研究的焦点及其发展趋势。研究发现,从2014年开始,数字治理领域的研究逐渐增多,研究焦点也从数字化管理、技术层面的治理转移到了与社会课题紧密相关的实际应用区域,比如数字政府治理、数字乡村等。未来的研究可以探讨数字治理如何更深入地融入社会问题处理中,以及在大数据环境下如何确保公民隐私权利,以继续推进我国“数字中国”的建设进程。
With the proposal of the“Digital China”strategy,China’s social management model has entered a new development period.This study used the academic articles published in CNKI in the past decade as the analysis data,and through the knowledge mapping analysis method of CiteSpace,conducted a visualized in-depth discussion on the publication status of literature related to digital governance,cooperation between authors and institutions,and high-frequency keywords from 2014 to 2023,aiming to directly reveal the focus and development trend of digital governance research.The study found that since 2014,research in the field of digital governance has gradually increased,and the research focus has shifted from digital management and technical governance to practical application areas closely related to social issues,such as digital government governance and digital villages.Future research can explore how digital governance can be more deeply integrated into social problem handling,and how to ensure citizens’privacy rights in the context of big data,in order to continue to promote the construction process of“Digital China”in China.
