摘要
为保证压缩机运行的安全性和稳定性,提高并联压缩机一次启动成功率,根据现场实际工况采用Hysys Dynamic软件搭建并联压缩机模型,对启动过程的工作点轨迹进行分析。结果表明:首台压缩机启动后,第二台压缩机在启动、怠速和提速阶段的流量出现较大波动,更容易进入喘振区,且第二台压缩机在转速和轴功率的提升上明显滞后;首台压缩机启动对第二台压缩机的进出口压力影响较小,当两台压缩机的防喘振阀开度设置为60%时,可满足启动要求,无需设置热旁通回路。通过在原站控PLC中加入启动优先级设定,实现不同压缩机的优先启动。研究结果可为压缩机启动流程优化提供参考。
In order to ensure the safety and stability of compressor operation and improve the one-time startup success rate of parallel compressors, the parallel compressor model is built by Hysys Dynamic software according to the actual working conditions on site, and the working point trajectory during startup is analyzed. The results show that after the startup of the first compressor, the flow rate of the second compressor fluctuates greatly during the startup, idle and speed-up stages, and it is easier to enter the surge zone, and the second compressor lags significantly in the increase of speed and shaft power. The start-up of the first compressor has little impact on the inlet and outlet pressure of the second compressor. When the opening degree of the anti surge valve of the two compressors is set to60%, their start-up requirements can be met without setting a thermal bypass circuit.Finally, by adding the start priority setting in the original station control PLC, the priority start of different compressors is realized. The research results can provide a reference for the optimization of compressor start-up process.
