摘要
叙述了往复压缩机故障诊断的意义及研究现状,对往复压缩机常见故障及机理进行了分析,并介绍了国内外一些常见的往复压缩机状态监测与故障诊断的方法及其原理和特点,最后提出了往复压缩机的故障诊断技术的难点和发展方向,为从事该方面研究提供借鉴。
This paper narrated the significance of the reciprocating compressors fault diagnosis, analyzed the normal faults and the mechanism, and introduced the methods about reciprocating compressors work status monitoring and fault diagnosing in common use, and its principle and characteristics. The difficulties and the developing direction of the reciprocating compressors fault diagnosis technique were put forward in the end, which can afford us experiences on study.
