摘要
介绍了离心式压缩机的喘振理论,分析了天然气压缩机的实际喘振问题,给出并现场应用了具体的防喘振控制方案.结果表明,通过对实时采集的数据进行计算并同特性曲线比较,可实时监测防喘振曲线,自动调整压缩机回流量,实现无级自动调节,防止喘振;该系统自动控制灵敏,安全可靠,能有效防止喘振.
In this paper the asthmatic tremble phenomenon of centrifugal- flow compressor is introduced, the actual asthmatic tremble problem of natural gas compressor is analyzed, and a concrete control scheme is given and used. The result shows that through calculating the data gathered in real-time and comparing with the characteristic curve, the system can monitor the curve of asthmatic tremble in real-time and adjust back-flow automatically, realize stepless-automatic-regulation and prevent asthmatic tremble. The automatic control of this system is sensitive, safe and reliable, and can prevent the asthmatic tremble.
