摘要
随着国家提出“双碳”战略与目标,煤电机组调峰深度不断下探。在此背景下,需开展煤电机组宽负荷运行节能研究。基于目前深度调峰工况下影响机组安全和经济运行的问题进行分析,提出目前迫切需要研究的问题和目标。研究发现,实现深度调峰需要研究一些重要的基础问题,关注“看不见”的安全风险,需要注意电站设计与主、辅设备选型。指出宽负荷节能主要研究领域是汽轮机和热力系统,并给出了电站设计和设备选型的原则。根据当前节能和灵活性改造中存在的问题,分析了原因并提出了相应解决措施。最后,给出了需要继续研究的课题和方向。研究成果可为业内深度调峰工作提供参考。
With the proposal of the carbon peak and carbon neutralization target,the need for deep peak shaving of coal-fired power units keeps increasing.In this background,it is necessary to carry out the research on wide load energy conservation of coal-fired power units.Based on the analysis of the problems affecting the safe and economic operation of the units under the current deep peak shaving condition,the problems and objectives urgently need to be studied are put forward.It is found that to realize deep peak shaving,some basic problems should be solved,some“invisible”equipment safety risks should be taken seriously,anyway,it depends on good power station design and selection of main and auxiliary equipment.It is pointed out that the main research fields of wide load energy conservation are focused on steam turbine and its thermal system,and the principles of power station design and equipment selection are given.According to the existing problems in the current energy conservation and flexibility transformation,the causes are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are put forward.Finally,the topics and directions to be further studied are given.The research result can provide reference for the deep peak shaving work in the industry.
