摘要
根据火电机组调峰运行的现实需要,对宽负荷节能需要解决的问题进行了系统的研究。基于设备运行特性与能耗分析,给出了一般性的理论结果,指出宽负荷节能设计的关键领域是汽轮机与热力系统。根据不同负荷下节能效果的差异,提出两种不同类型的宽负荷节能设计与一类特殊情形,给出一般性的处理方法。然后,指出宽负荷节能和机组整体优化设计是密不可分的,并指出国内火电需要增加并大量建设800 MW容量机组。研究表明,在新建项目和现役机组改造中,宽负荷节能设计都有很大的潜力。
With the background of the need for thermal power units to operate at low load,the energy conservation technology is studied for wide load range operation.Based on analysis of operation characteristics of units and energy consumption,it is figured out that the main issues of this area shall be focused on design optimization of steam turbine and thermal system.According to the difference of energy conservation under various load,two types of energy conservation technology for wide load range operation and one special type are proposed,and general treatments are put forward.And it is suggested that energy conservation for wide load range is closely connected to whole unit optimization design,so many 800 MW units instead of 600 MW and 1000 MW units should be constructed in China.The research results show that there is a great potential for energy conservation in newly built and retrofit projects of units.
