摘要
分析了国内外大机组的给水系统设备配置及运行情况,以及外高桥三期工程采用100%锅炉给水泵组,自带凝汽器,取消电动给水泵的背景。介绍了外高桥三期工程给水泵汽轮机的特殊配汽机构、特殊的转子焊接技术、系统汽源配置,确保机组在暂态发生时,驱动汽源的安全顺利切换,同时汽源的设置兼顾机组长期运行的经济性。分析了防止给水泵汽蚀的措施,以及现场设备的布置对安全运行及降低造价的重要意义,机组调试过程中,给水泵组全程调速的成功实施,为1 000 MW等级汽轮发电机组的进一步发展创造了有利条件。
Configurations and operations of feed-water pumps for large units both at home and abroad are presented,as well as the background of adopting the 100% BMCR feed-water pump unit equipped with its own condenser and abandoning the electric feed-water pump by Waigaoqiao stage Ⅲ project.The special steam distribution mechanism of the feed-water pump steam turbine of the Waigaoqiao Ⅲ stage project,the special welding technique for rotors,and configuration of steam sources are recommended,which can ensure safe switching of steam sources and long-term operation economy.Measures to prevent steam corrosion of the feed-water pump are analyzed,as well as the importance of field equipment layout to safe operation and cost reduction.Unit debugging witnessed successful speed-regulation of the feed-water pump unit.
