摘要
虚拟教研室建设是我国主动适应时代发展,创新基层教学组织建设的重要探索。实现教师职业发展与提升人才培养质量有机统一、打造教师发展共同体是虚拟教研室建设的基本目标之一。为实现此目标,从组织建设模式、课程教学新形态、共建共享教学资源库、师资队伍建设等四个方面进行虚拟教研室建设,具体从组织建设与成员管理、共建共享教学资源、开展校际协同教学、打造特色教研品牌等方面,详细分析了依托虚拟教研室打造专业教师发展共同体的主要举措。相关研究成果对于进一步丰富和完善教师发展共同体理论、建设专业型虚拟教研室具有重要的参考价值。
The construction of Virtual Teaching and Research Office(VTRO)is an important exploration of the construc-tion grass-roots teaching organizations for China to actively adapt to the development of the times.In order to realize the pro-fessional development of teachers and improve the quality of personnel training,the construction of faculty community is one of the basic construction objectives of VTRO.To achieve this goal,the construction of VTRO is carried out from four aspects:organization construction mode,new forms of curriculum teaching,co-construction and sharing of teaching resources,and con-struction of teaching staff.Specifically,the main measures to build a teacher development community based on VRTO are ana-lyzed in detail from the aspects of organization construction and member management,co construction and sharing of teaching resources,carrying out inter school collaborative teaching,and building a characteristic teaching and research brand.The rele-vant research results have important reference value for further enriching and improving the theory of the construction of facul-ty community and building a professional VTRO.
