摘要
教师的专业发展是一个连续不断的过程,应伴随教师的整个职业生涯,教师专业发展共同体可以为大学英语教师发展提供良好的平台。以某地方院校部分大学英语教师为研究对象,可以看到以校本教研为平台、以项目为依托,建设大学英语教师专业发展共同体是有必要的。在建设的过程中,可以使用身份构建策略、专题研究驱动策略、网络工具辅助策略,形成一个自我管理、相互激励、相互帮助和共同提高的大学英语教师专业发展共同体。
Teachers’ professional development is a continuous process in the whole career and for which the professional development community can provide a good platform. This study examines how the college English teachers in a local college in central China achieve the construction of a professional development community based on a teaching reform project and how the teachers improve themselves by means of consultation, cooperation, communication, mutual assistance and sharing.
