摘要
以安民隧道智能化二次衬砌台车施工为例,为提高隧道衬砌施工工艺水平,避免质量缺陷,确保隧道衬砌施工质量可控,在施工前对二次衬砌台车实用性进行可行性研究及优化,通过增加智能化模块使台车具备了自动化布料、带压浇筑、拱顶空洞预警及带模注浆、浇筑信息自动存储、组合振捣、端模可视化等多功能。通过实践证明智能化台车在隧道二次衬砌混凝土施工阶段有效提高了工效指标、周转材料利用率及施工现场可操作性,在节约项目成本、降低施工风险方面取得一定的成效,对提升后续项目隧道二次衬砌施工质量管理水平具有一定的指导意义。
The article mainly takes the construction of intelligent secondary lining trolleys in Anmin Tunnel as an example.In order to improve the technical level of tunnel lining construction,avoid quality defects,and ensure that the quality of tunnel lining construction is controllable in the pre-construction stage.The feasibility study and optimization of the practical functions of the lining trolley have been carried out.By adding intelligent modules,the trolley has the functions of automatic distribution,pressure pouring,vault cavity warning,grouting with mold,automatic storage of pouring information,combined vibrating,multi-functions such as end mold visualization.It has been proved by practice that the intelligent trolley can effectively improve the work efficiency index,the utilization rate of turnover materials and the operability of the construction site in the construction stage of the secondary lining of the tunnel.At the same time,it has achieved certain results in saving project costs and reducing construction risks.The quality management level of tunnel secondary lining construction has certain guiding significance.
