摘要
为在大伙房水库输水工程中解决开敞式硬岩掘进机开挖、衬砌平行作业，提高隧洞施工效率及质量，研制了适用的QM12／S型全环内通式衬砌模板台车。在TBM掘进施工中进行了生产性试验，满足了对混凝土的质量要求。施工中解决了供、排水管线，通风风筒，高压电缆，出渣皮带，运输机车，混凝土输送泵、混凝土罐车的穿越与通行难题，实现了衬砌混凝土与TBM掘进的平行作业。
In order to solve the problems from the parallel construction of both the open excavation of hard rock with TBM and the lining of tunnel during the construction of the water conveyance works of Dahuofang Reservoir and enhance the construction efficiency and quality of the tunneling, a suitable full-section internal passage lining jumbo with the type of QM12/S is developed; for which the productive experiment is made during the construction of TBM, and then the lining concrete quality is satisfied as well. In the construction, the problems from the crossing and passing of the pipeline for water supply and drainage, vent sleeve, high voltage cable, belt conveyer, transport vehicle, concrete pump, concrete mixing carrier, etc. are solved and the parallel construction of the concrete lining and the TBM tunneling is realized.
