摘要
小麦条锈病是世界范围内最重要的小麦病害之一,小麦抗条锈病种质资源的发掘与鉴定是培育抗条锈病新品种的前提条件.为了解皖北地区小麦品种对小麦条锈病的抗病情况,本研究利用小麦条锈病优势生理小种条中33,对皖北地区60个小麦品种(系)进行苗期和成株期条锈病抗性鉴定.结果表明:在苗期接种鉴定中,有11个小麦品种(系)表现抗病,49个小麦品种(系)表现感病,分别占供试材料的18.3%、81.7%.在成株期接种鉴定中,有29个品种(系)表现抗病,31个小麦品种(系)表现感病,分别占供试材料的48.3%、51.7%.苗期和成株期的鉴定结果,为皖北地区小麦抗条锈病育种的亲本选择提供借鉴与参考.
Stripe rust is a major wheat disease in the world.At present,the exploration and identification of wheat germplasm resources resistant to stripe rust is the prerequisite for breeding new varieties resistant to stripe rust.In order to evaluate the resistance of 60 wheat varieties to stripe rust at the seedling stage and the adult plant stage,stripe rust physiological race Tiaozhong 33was used in this study for seedling and adult plant inoculation,so as to identify the resistance of the stripe rust.The results showed that among the 60wheat materials tested,11 cultivars1(18.3%)were resistant to stripe rust,and 49 cultivars(lines)(81.7%)were susceptible to stripe rust at the seedling stage.There were 29(48.3%)resistant to stripe rust,and 31 cultivars(lines)(51.7%)susceptible to stripe rust at the adult plant stage.The identification results at the seedling and adult stages provide a theoretical basis for the selection of parents for wheat stripe rust resistance breeding in northern Anhui.
