摘要
为了解小麦抗病品种的基因背景和遗传特点,采用中国目前的条锈菌优势小种对60个小麦农家品种进行了苗期和成株期抗条锈病鉴定。苗期鉴定发现,有13个品种对8个条锈菌优势小种中的4个或4个以上小种表现抗病,其中白老芒麦(甘地806)、圆籽糙(豫327)、大籽糙(豫331)、疙瘩糙(豫398)对6~7个小种表现出抗病,而且多表现免疫~高抗;成株期鉴定发现有38个农家品种对所有小种表现抗病,并且病情指数低于10,很多苗期感病的品种在成株期表现抗病。在抗务锈鉴定的基础上对抗病性较好的品种圆籽糙(豫327)和疙瘩糙(豫398)进行了抗条锈性遗传分析。对亲本、F1、F2、BC1代接种条锈菌优势小种,根据F1代的抗性表现和F2代、BC1代的抗感分离情况,初步明确圆籽糙对条中29号的抗性由两对显性基因互补作用控制,疙瘩糙对条中32号的抗性由一对隐性基因控制。
In order to excavate excellent resistant materials to stripe rust, sixty wheat landraces were assessed for resistance to stripe rust (Puccinia striiforrnis West. ) in seedling stage by using eight prevalent races (CY19 ,CY28,CY29 ,CY30,CY31 ,CY32,CYSu-11 ,CYSu-13) and in adult stage by using three prevalent races (CY29 ,CY31 ,CY32). The results indicated that thirteen landraced were resistant to four or more races in seedling stage and thirty-eight landraces were resistant to all races in adult stage, and the disease index was under 10. More landraces were found resistant in adult stage. Genetic analysis was carried out for resistance to stripe rust in the londraces of Yuanzicao and Gedacao. According to the resistance phenotypes of the parents, F1, F2 and BC1 progeny to the races of stripe rust tested, the resistance of Yuanzicao to the race CY29 was controlled by the complementary action of two dominant genes, the resistance of Gedacao to CY32 was controlled by one recessive gene.
