聚乙二醇对醇酸树脂乳液及漆膜性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高水性醇酸树脂乳液稳定性及漆膜耐水性能,以PEG 6000、苯酐、季戊四醇、油酸为原料,通过溶剂法合成了系列醇酸树脂型表面活性剂,辅以非离子表面活性剂TX-50经相反转乳化法制备了醇酸树脂乳液。结果表明:当PEG用量为52.9%时,乳液呈现乳白色且黏度较小,具有良好的稳定性,同时符合非牛顿流动定律,平均粒径减小为376.1 nm,PDI指数为0.180,漆膜光泽(60°)提升为86.1,耐水性实验48 h后只观察到微量气泡,耐冲击性可达50 cm。总之,通过引入聚乙二醇型表面活性剂,并经相反转乳化法制备的乳液及漆膜的性能更加优异。 In order to improve the stability of waterborne alkyd resin emulsions and the water resistance of paint film,a series of alkyd resin surfactants were synthesized by using PEG 6000,phthalic anhydride,pentaerythritol and oleic acid as raw materials.Then the alkyd resin emulsion without VOC was prepared by phase inversion emulsification with the assistance of TX-50.When 52.9% of PEG was used,the emulsions were milky white,and demonstrated small viscosity and good stability.In this situation,the emulsions accorded with non-Newton's flow law.Some other performance parameters were as follows:average diameter:376.1 nm,PDI index:0.180,film gloss:86.1(60 degrees).Besides,very only a few of small bubbles appeared after water resistance test for 48 h.At last,the impact resistance of this emulsions could reach 50 cm.In a word,the performance of emulsions and paint films prepared by introducing polyethylene glycol surfactant and phase inversion emulsification was more excellent.
