摘要
以聚醚多元醇为核,二羟甲基丙酸为扩链剂,通过一步法合成了具有高度支化结构的聚醚多元醇树脂,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)等对其结构和性能进行了分析。GPC结果表明:该支化树脂相对分子质量分布窄,多分散指数为1.12。同时将所制备的支化聚醚多元醇树脂用于醇酸涂料中,研究发现:在施工黏度允许的范围内,利用该树脂作为成膜树脂,所得涂料的施工固体分高达67.5%。说明所合成的高度支化聚醚多元醇树脂可作为高固体分涂料的成膜树脂。
The dimethylol propi high branched polyether polyol resin was synthesized based on polyether polyol as core and onic acid ( DMPA ) as extender by one-step process, its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR ), its molecular weight distribution was determined by gel permeation chromatography ( GPC ). The results showed that the branched polyether polyol resin had narrow molecular weight distribution and its polydispersity index( PDI )was 1.12. The research found that the solid content in coatings was 67.5% when the applicable viscosity was 13 seconds, and the branched polyether polyol resin can be used as film forming resin of high solid coatings
