摘要
采用相反转法制备了水性醇酸树脂。考察了醇酸树脂的油度、酸值、乳化剂种类及其用量、乳化温度、搅拌速度等对水性醇酸树脂稳定性及涂膜性能的影响。试验结果表明:醇酸树脂油度为55%,酸值为35 mgKOH/g,助溶剂用量为7%,乳化剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-10)以质量比36/64复配,用量占醇酸树脂的4%,乳化温度70℃,搅拌速度1 700 r/min的条件下,所得水性醇酸树脂较易进行水性化,贮存稳定性及钙离子稳定性好;涂膜均匀,附着力佳,性能符合GB/T 20623—2006的要求。
A waterborne alkyd resin was prepared by phase inversion method. The influences of oil length and acid value of the alkyd resin, kinds and amount of the emulsifier, emulsifying temperature, stirring speed etc. on emulsion stabilities and film characteristics of waterborne alkyd resin were studied. The test results showed that when the oil length of the alkyd resin was 55% and acid value was 35 mgKOH/g, cosolvent amount was 7%, the emulsifier were sodium dodecyl sulfate ( SDS ) and TX-10 at the ratio of 36/64, the amount of emulsifier was 4%, the emulsification temperature was 70, the stirring speed was 1 700 r/min, the alkyd resin was easier to be waterborne, the emulsion was the most stable, and the comprehensive performances of the film was best.
