不同消毒剂对牙椅水路系统消毒效果的网状Meta分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价不同消毒剂对牙椅水路系统中细菌的清除效果,为口腔诊疗环境中消毒剂的选择和使用提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMBASE、Scopus、Ovid、ProQuest、中国知网、维普网和万方数据知识服务平台等数据库中有关消毒剂应用于牙椅水路系统的随机对照试验,检索时限从建库至2021年3月。采用R 4.0.4软件gemtc程序包和Stata 16.0软件进行网状Meta分析。结果共纳入12篇文献。网状Meta分析结果显示,与蒸馏水相比,微酸性电解水、过氧化氢银离子和酸性氧化电位水能更有效地减少牙椅水路系统中细菌的菌落计数;与自来水相比,次氯酸钠和芦荟液能更有效地减少牙椅水路系统中细菌的菌落计数,差异具有统计学意义。排序概率图结果显示,消毒效果排序结果从优到劣依次为聚维酮碘、微酸性电解水、氯己定、酸性氧化电位水、过氧化氢银离子、臭氧溶液、二氧化氯、过氧化氢、芦荟液、次氯酸钠。结论微酸性电解水对牙椅水路系统中细菌的消毒效果优于其他常用消毒剂,但仍需高质量、大样本的随机对照试验进一步进行证实。 Objective To evaluate the bacteria removal effect of common disinfectants on dental unit waterlines and provide reference for selection and use of disinfectants in oral diagnosis and treatment environment.Method Search PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,Scopus,Ovid,ProQuest,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database for randomized controlled trials on disinfectants used in dental unit waterlines from beginning of database to Mar.2021 by computer.Develop network meta-analysis by gemtc package in R 4.0.4 software and Stata 16.0 software.Result Totally 12 articles are included.Network meta-analysis shows that comparing to distilled water,slightly acidic electrolyzed water,hydrogen peroxide silver ion and acidic oxidized electrolyzed water can reduce bacterial colony counting in dental unit waterlines more effectively;comparing to running water,sodium hypochlorite and aloe juice can reduce bacterial colony counting in dental unit waterlines more effectively.The difference is significant.The rank probability diagram shows that the disinfectants ranking from their good to poor disinfection effect are povidone-iodine,slightly acidic electrolyzed water,chlorhexidine,acidic oxidized electrolyzed water,hydrogen peroxide silver ion,ozone solution,chlorine dioxide,hydrogen peroxide,aloe juice and sodium hypochlorite.Conclusion Slightly acidic electrolyzed water has the best disinfection effect on removing bacteria in dental unit waterlines,but it still needs further verification by randomized controlled trials of high quality and large samples.
