摘要
目的了解医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水污染情况,分析污染原因,为研究有效的干预措施提供依据。方法采用现场查看和采样检测方法,对上海市187家医疗机构的口腔科综合治疗台治疗用水进行了检测。结果本次调查共采集各级医疗机构口腔科综合治疗台水路的水样6 168份,其卫生质量平均总合格率为62.89%。一、二、三级医院合格率依次为59.95%、68.79%和50.23%,基层口腔诊所合格率为64.57%。口腔科治疗用水的水源水、管道水、漱口水、冲洗水和手机出口水的合格率分别为84.21%、83.42%、67.24%、65.75%和52.97%,储水罐水合格率为57.05%。五种水源水中,以无菌水供应系统供水卫生质量最差,合格率仅为34.78%。结论上海市口腔医疗机构综合治疗台水污染严重,不同类型医院中以三级医院口腔科治疗用水卫生质量合格率最低,建议为口腔科综合治疗水路清洗消毒管理制定标准。
Objective To investigate the contamination situation of dental unit waterlines （DUWLs） in department of stomatology of the hospitals so as to analyze the causes and try to provide the evidence for the infection control strategy. Methods Field investigation and sample testing were used in 187 medical institutions in Shanghai to value the quality of the water of dental integrated water treatment units. Results 6168 samples were collected from departments of stomatology of medical institutions of various levels, and the average qualified rate of hygienic quality was 62.89%. The qualified rate of the medical institutions of level 1,2 and 3 were 59.95% , 68.79% and 50.23% respectively; meanwhile, the primary dental clinic got the number 64.57%. The qualified rates of source water, pipes water, gargle water, oral washing water, dental high speed turbine handpieees water and storage tank water were 84.21%, 83.42% , 67.24%, 83.42%, 52.97% and 57.05% respectively; sterile water supply system got the lowest hygienic quality in five kinds of source water , only 34.78%. Conclusion The contamination of dental unit waterlines in department of stomatology of the hospitals is in serious condition; the level 3 medical institutions get the lowest hygienic quality. It is suggested that the standard for DUWLs cleaning, disinfection and management should be set soon.
