摘要
目的探讨过氧化氢对口腔综合治疗台水路(DUWL)污染的消毒效果。方法在某市一家三甲综合医院采用单中心随机对照试验,比较20g/L过氧化氢对DUWL污染的消毒效果。在13台牙科治疗台中,选择同一种类型的12台,应答率为92.31%(12/13)。干预组和对照组由电脑生成随机数字,并采用盲法和隐匿分组开展实验(干预组,20g/L过氧化氢冲洗,6台;对照组:安慰剂冲洗,6台)。分别采样四种水样:水源水、手机水、喷枪水和漱口水。相对危险度(RR)和95%可信区间(CI)被用来评价干预效果。参照GB5749{生活饮用水卫生标准》,细菌总数不超过100cfu/ml为评判标准。结果本实验共采集36份水样(手机水、冲洗水各3份)。手机水、喷枪水和漱口水为9950.00cfu/ml(4307.00~25300.00cfu/m1)、360.00cfu/ml(149.00~1720.00cfu/m1)和4250.00cfu/ml(1850.00~11925.00cfu/m1)。本次干预研究发现,采用20g/L过氧化氢可以显著降低83%微生物污染风险(RR=0.17,95%,CI=0.06—0.47)。随访研究显示,当随访24h后,细菌总数超过100cfu/ml。结论20g/L过氧化氢溶液可以显著降低DUWL微生物污染。然而,这种效果维持时间较短,应定期监测DUWL细菌总数。
Objective To explore the disinfection effect of of 2% hydrogen peroxide for dental unit waterline contamina- tion. Methods A single - centre randomized controlled, blind clinical trial was performed in stomatology department of a large Grade III- A hospital. Twelve dental units chairs (DCUs) were responsed in this trial (response rate: 92. 31%, 12/13 ). Randomization was carried out electronically via random seed generation, by an in - house computer programmer; therefore, participants and researchers were blinded to group allocation at randomization. The intervene group conclude six DCUs with 2% hydrogen peroxide flushing, and the control group conclude six DCUs with placebo flushing. The water sam- ple were source water, handpiece water, spray gun water and mouth wash water. Relative risk (RR) and 95% confidence in- tervals (CI) were used to evaluate the risk of the intervention. Intervention group was conducted for one week follow - up to seek the ending point (total bacterial count ≤ 100 cfu/ml) according to the standard of drinking water in China. Results Thirty six samples were available in this trial (Each DCU collected for three samples, hand -piece water, three -ways - syringe water and mouth wash, respectively). We found out that 2% hydrogen peroxide would significantly decreased the total bacterial count compared with the placebo (RR =0. 17, 95% CI =0. 06 -0. 47). Remarkably, total bacterial count for each sample exceeded the standard of drinking water ( 100 cfu/ml) in the 24 hours follow - up. Conclusion 2% hy- drogen peroxide significantly decreased owered the total bacterial count of water supplied for DCUs while this effects would not maintained more than 24 hours and periodical surveillance should be warranted.
