摘要
目的探讨以家庭医生签约为主导的社区护理在老年糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法选取2021年2月—2023年12月中山市石岐街道社区卫生服务中心收治的老年糖尿病患者90例为研究对象,根据护理方案的不同将其分为两组,每组45例,对照组开展常规社区护理,观察组开展以家庭医生签约为主导的社区护理。比较两组血糖控制情况、护理依从性、自护能力。结果护理后,观察组各项血糖指标都显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组自护能力评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病患者的护理中,以家庭医生签约为主导的社区护理有助于控制患者血糖水平,提高患者护理依从性和自护能力。
Objective To explore the application value of community nursing led by family doctor contract in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 90 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to the community health service center of Shiqi Street,Zhongshan City from February 2021 to December 2023 were selected and grouping based on different nursing plans,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine community care,while the observation group received community care led by a family doctor contract.Two groups were compared in terms of blood glucose control,nursing compliance,and self-care ability.Results After nursing,all blood glucose indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Nursing compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the score of self-care ability(134.41±3.15)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of elderly patients with diabetes,community nursing led by family doctors'contract is helpful to control the blood sugar level of patients and improve their nursing compliance and self-care ability.
