摘要
骨不连作为骨折常见的并发症,给患者的生活带来沉重负担,同时也是医生在临床工作中面临的艰巨挑战之一。目前骨不连在临床上还是以手术为主要的应对措施,此外还可采用物理疗法、生物疗法以及中医药等,近期以来,有不少中外的临床学者在骨不连的局部修复方面做出了许多的实验研究,并给出了一些崭新的观点和技术,目的是寻求更简捷、高效的治疗方式。现搜集有关骨不连临床治疗方法的最新研究成果,总结概括以资参考。
As a common complication of fracture,nonunion brings a heavy burden to the life of patients,and it is also one of the arduous challenges faced by doctors in clinical work.At present,surgery is still the main treatment for nonunion in clinic.In addition,physical therapy,biological therapy and traditional Chinese medicine can also be used.Recently,many Chinese and foreign clinical scholars have made many experimental studies on the local repair of nonunion,and given some new ideas and techniques,in order to seek a more simple and efficient treatment.Now we collect the latest research results on the clinical treatment of nonunion,and summarize them for reference.
