摘要
目的探讨应用钻孔减压结合金葡液灌注治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的方法与疗效。方法回顾总结1999-2004年本院应用钻孔减压结合金葡液注入治疗的115例早期股骨头缺血性坏死（Ficat0期、Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期）随访患者治疗效果。结果依据王岩等提出的百分法评价标准，优61例104髋，良49例85髋，可3例4髋，差2例3髋，优良率95．6％，无手术并发症发生。结论钻孔减压结合金葡液注入治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死是一种方法简单、患者易于接受、疗效好的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of core decompression with staphylococcus aureus injections intraosteal injection for early stage avascular necrosis of fermoal head. Methods One hundred and fifteen patients（196hips） of early stage avascular necrosis of fermoal head were treated with core decompression with staphylococcus aureus injections intraosteal injection, 6-60 months after the operations, the change of pain,function,movement degree,and X-ray of femoral head were observed. Results According to hundred-mark standard reported by Wangyan,the curative effects were evaluated, The results showed that excellent, good, general and poor effect were resulted in 61 cases（104hips）,49 cases（85hips）,3 cases（4hips）,2 cases （3hips） respectively. Conclusion The surgical method of core decompression with staphylococcus aureus injections intraosteal injection is effective for early stage avascular necrosis of fermoal head.
