摘要
目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者中西医延续护理模式的构建及应用效果。方法选取2024年8月—2025年2月收治的100例DR患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予健康指导等常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中西医延续护理。观察两组患者干预前及出院后3个月血糖水平、自我管理行为及生活质量的变化,评价两组护理满意度。结果出院3个月后,观察组空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)指标水平优于对照组,自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分和生活质量问卷(QOLI)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度得分(87.51±0.69)分,高于对照组的(65.75±0.61)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医延续护理模式对控制DR患者血糖水平稳定有积极作用,有助于提高患者自我管理能力,改善生活质量,提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the construction and effect of the extended integrative nurs⁃ing model for patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods A total of 100 DR Patients treat⁃ed in our hospital from August 2024 to February 2025 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.For the primary diseases of diabetes and secondary symptoms of retinopathy in pa⁃tients,the control group was given routine care such as health guidance.On the basis of the con⁃trol group,the observation group adopted extended integrative nursing model.Changes in blood glucose levels,self-management behaviors assessed by summary of diabetes self-care activities(SDSCA)and quality of life assessed by quality of life inventory(QOLI)of the two groups of pa⁃tients before and after the intervention were compared.Results At three months after discharge from hospital,better outcomes in control of blood glucose indexes including fasting blood glucose and 2 hour post-prandial glucose were observed in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);Scores of SDSCA and QOLI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction assessment in the ob⁃servation group was higher than that in the control group(87.51±0.69 vs.65.75±0.61,P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing model helps patients with diabetic retinopathy effec⁃tively control the blood glucose level,improve self-management ability and quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
