摘要
糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是一种常见的1型和2型糖尿病(diabetic mellitus,DM)慢性并发症,具有很高的致残率,它也是糖尿病最主要的致死原因之一。在传统中医上,对于糖尿病肾病的治疗主要有各类型的中药汤剂、中药注射液和针灸治疗等方法。论文总结了近年来中医领域对于糖尿病肾病的病变机理、治疗对策等,通过充分比较近年来中医学领域的相关进展,为糖尿病肾病治疗的发展趋势提供参考。
Diabetic Nephropathy(DN)is one of the most common chronic complications of type 1 and type 2 diabetes(Diabetic Mellitus,DM).It has a high disability rate and is one of the leading causes of death from type 1 diabetes..In traditional Chinese medicine,there are mainly various types of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,traditional Chinese medicine injection and acupuncture treatment for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.This paper summarizes the pathological mechanism and treatment strategies of diabetic nephropathy in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.By fully comparing the recent progress in the field of Chinese medicine,it provides a reference for the development trend of diabetic nephropathy.
