摘要
冲击加速度传感器输出零漂是影响传感器使用的重要特性,对零漂问题探索由来已久。根据冲击传感器输出信号特点,从传感器模型到传感器与变换电路角度进行了分析,结合传感器安装频响与冲击信号之间的关系,得出高频冲击信号在传感器安装谐振频率处被放大导致传感器零漂的结论。通过理论推导与实际传感器输出结果对比,验证了理论推导的正确性。最后,对零漂抑制措施以及实际作用结果进行了阐述。
The output zero drift of shock sensor is an important characteristic affecting.The problem of zero drift has been explored for a long time.Starting from the characteristics of the output signal of the shock sensor, the sensor model and the transformation circuit is analyzed.Combined with the relationship between the frequency response of the sensor installation and shock signal, it is concluded that the high-frequency shock signal is amplified at the resonant frequency of the sensor installation and the amplification leads to zero drift.The correctness of the theoretical derivation is verified by comparing the theoretical derivation with the actual sensor output results.Finally, the zero drift suppression measures and practical results are described.
