摘要
以电磁式振动传感器为基础,设计了一种基于有源反馈控制的超低频速度传感器。对设计的传感器进行了理论分析,得到了系统的传递函数和各项参数的表达式。设计生产了两台样机,并对两台样机进行了测试,测试结果表明通过合理的反馈控制,传感器的自振频率由4 Hz降至0.02 Hz,大大改善了传感器的低频特性。
Based on magnetic vibration sensors,we designed a ultra-low frequency speed sensor based on active feedback control.Through a theoretical analysis on the designed sensor,the system transfer function and equipment parameter expression were obtained.Two prototypes were produced and tested.The experimental results proved that through reasonable feedback control,natural vibration frequency drops from 4 Hz to 0.02 Hz,which greatly improves the low-frequency response of the sensor.Meanwhile,some problems,hoping to be solved in the future research,were enumerated too.
