摘要
近年来国家发布了一系列有关产教融合的文件,以期高校办学和行业发展形成相互促进和共同发展的良好局面。地方行业协会、区域经济发展和地方高校之间紧密相连,区域经济的发展离不开地方高校的科技支撑与人才输入,而地方高校通过参与区域经济发展推动自身创新能力的不断提升,为人才培养提供源源不断的新鲜活力。以西南科技大学土木工程与建筑学院为例,深入探讨地方行业协会与高校人才培养的有效合作机制,为行业协会转型升级、地方区域经济建设,高校专业建设、师资建设、实践平台建设等深度融合提供平台,从而实现这三者互惠共赢、创新发展的新局面。
In order to form a good situation of mutual cooperation,mutual promotion and common development between colleges and industries,the Chinese government has formulated a series of documents on the integration of industry and education.Local industry associations,regional economic development and local colleges and universities are closely linked.The development of regional economy cannot be separated from the scientific and technological support and talent input of local colleges and universities.Local colleges and universities promote the continuous improvement of their innovative ability by participating in the development of regional economy,and provide a steady stream of fresh vitality for talent training.Taking School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Southwest University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper deeply discusses the effective cooperation mechanism between local industry associations and college talent training,and provides a platform for the in-depth integration of industry associations’transformation and upgrading,local regional economic construction,college specialty construction,teacher construction,practice platform construction,etc.,so as to realize the new situation of mutual benefit and win-win,innovative development of the three.
