摘要
随着产业集群的迅速发展,产业集群行业协会的重要性日益凸显,也逐渐引起社会和政府的重视。从行业协会的组建必要性出发,对产业集群行业协会的构建目标、构成体系进行分析,并在此基础上,深入研究其运行机制,丰富了产业集群创新和自主创新理论,为深化政府服务改革、增强产业集群创新能力、推动产业集群快速平稳可持续发展提供了理论依据。
With the rapid development of industrial clusters, cluster highlights the growing importance of trade associations, and the government has gradually attracted the attention. This paper based on the necessity of trade associations analyzes targets of the industry association and its composition system. And on this basis, we do an in-depth study on the operating mechanism of industry association. It enriches the theory of industry cluster innovation and independent innovation, and provides a theoretical basis for deepening the reforms of government services, enhancing the innovation capability of industrial clusters, and promoting the sustainable development of industrial clusters
