摘要
为了解决传统试验方法无法对车辆转向架主动径向系统运用性能进行测试的问题,本文采用实时仿真与产品实物相结合的模式,构建完整的主动径向系统试验平台,模拟车辆曲线通过过程。同时对主动径向系统产品样机进行试验,以验证产品的控制逻辑和系统性能。试验结果表明,在车辆通过曲线时,主动径向系统样机的控制逻辑准确,径向作动器驱动轮对实现预期径向位置,改善了车辆的曲线通过性能。
In order to solve the problem that traditional test methods can not test the application performance of the active radial system of vehicle bogie,the mode combining real-time simulation with the physical product is used in this paper to build a complete active radial system test platform to simulate the vehicle curve passing process,and test the product prototype of the active radial system,verifying the control logic and system performance of the product.The test result shows that when the vehicle passes through the curve,the control logic of the prototype of the active radial system is accurate.The wheelsets are driven to the desired radial position by the radial actuator.The curve passing performance of the vehicle is improved by the active radial system.
