摘要
针对现有残膜回收机,将其分为弹齿收集式、挖掘滚筛式、挖掘绕捆式3类残膜回收机,分析了该3类残膜回收机的结构特点及工作原理。在内蒙、山西、河南三省对3类机型的产品样机进行性能测试及数据对比,从样机的残膜回收率、清膜情况、收集膜质量、作业效率、可靠性等方面分析了3类机型的优缺点。
Existing farm waste film-pick up machines can be divided into three types:spring tooth collecting machine,mining rolling sieve machine and mining winding and baling machine.The structural characteristics and working principle of the three types of farm waste film-pick up machines were analyzed.Performance tests and data comparison were carried out on three types of prototypes in Inner Mongolia,Shanxi and He'nan provinces.The advantages and disadvantages of the three types of prototypes were analyzed from the recovery rate of residual film,film cleaning,film collection quality,operation efficiency and reliability in the experiment.
