摘要
血栓性外痔是以发病急骤、肛门疼痛、有异物感、大便带血为主要特征的一类肛肠疾病。患者明显感觉到局部疼痛和水肿,因为发病位置的特殊性,而且是和人们的生活是密切相关的,所以对于患者的生活和工作有很大的影响,直接降低了患者的生活质量。目前中医药学者传承和创新前人的治疗经验,临床上在对于治疗血栓性外痔取得了良好的效果,文章将从手术治疗、中医外治法、综合疗法为切入点,总结了治疗血栓性外痔近年来的临床研究与进展,从而更好地指导临床治疗。
Thrombotic external hemorrhoids is a kind of anorectal disease characterized by sudden onset,anal pain,foreign body sensation and bloody stool.Patients obviously feel local pain and edema.Because the location of the disease is special and closely related to people’s life,it has a great impact on the patient’s life and work,directly reducing the patient’s quality of life.At present,traditional Chinese medicine scholars inherit and innovate the previous treatment experience,and have achieved good clinical results in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.This paper summarizes the clinical research and progress in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids in recent years from the perspectives of surgical treatment,external treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine and comprehensive therapy,so as to better guide the clinical treatment.
