不同术式治疗环状混合痔的临床观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨不同术式治疗不同临床特点的环状混合痔的临床效果。方法将该院2008年7月～2010年7月收治的128例环状混合痔患者,根据其临床特点分为4组,运用不同的手术方法进行治疗,在各种术后并发症及肛门狭窄、恢复时间等各方面进行对比研究。结果各组病例术后均可达到治愈及显效标准,随访1～2年无复发病例。术后疼痛及术后水肿、伤口愈合时间对比差异具有统计学意义。结论环状混合痔临床表现多样,针对其不同的临床特点采取不同的术式可降低各种术后并发症发生机率,取得较好的临床效果。
