摘要
首先针对煤矿救援机器人系统进行总体设计,并分析当前主流的无线通信技术的优缺点,确定在矿道中选用900 MHz的ZigBee组网完成救援机器人的无线通信;然后根据ZigBee技术自身特性设计了无线组网的流程,使无线通信带宽更高,维护更加方便,同时避免了因传输路径占用而无法进行数据传递的问题;最后基于CC2530芯片完成了煤矿救援机器人无线通信系统的硬件设计,并依据设计的通信协议,实现了多机器人协作完成救援任务。
Firstly,the overall design of the coal mine rescue robot system is carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream wireless communication technology are analyzed.ZigBee technology is selected to carry out the wireless communication of the rescue robot with the frequency of 900 MHz in the mine tunnel.Then,according to the characteristics of ZigBee technology,the process of wireless networking is designed to make higher bandwidth and the maintenance of wireless communication more convenient,while avoiding the problem of data transmission because of the occupation of transmission path;Finally,the hardware design of the wireless communication system of the mine rescue robot is completed based on CC2530 chip,and according to the communication protocol designed,the multi-robot cooperation to complete the rescue task is realized.
