摘要
在分析和研究煤矿井下环境和作业的特殊性的基础上,给出了我国煤矿井下机器人应具备的主要特点,提出并着重论述了煤矿井下机器人的结构和控制等关键问题的设计原则和基本思想,特别强调了在满足作业要求的前提下,“简单、可靠、经济”等原则的现实意义和至关重要性,勾画出了独具煤矿特色的工业机器人的基本框架,把我国工业机器人的研究拓展到煤矿采掘作业领域。
On the basis of underground environment and characteristics of underground operation,the major characteristics that a underground mine robot should possess are described.It concentrates on the design principles and basic concepts of the crucial problems, including the structure, control of robots. The significance and importance of principles, such as, simplicity, reliability, economy at the prerequisite of satisfying the need of operation is emphasized. And the basic framework of industrial robots which have mine characters is described. The investigation expands the application of industrial robots in mine excavation.
