摘要
目的探讨手术室全期细节护理对手术室患者护理质量及满意度的影响。方法随机抽取在我院接受Ⅱ级手术治疗的患者120例,按照统计学原则将抽取的样本分成对照组和研究组,给予对照组患者常规手术治疗辅以临床常规护理,给予研究组患者常规手术治疗辅以手术室全期细节护理,对比两组患者的护理质量评分、护理总有效率、患者满意度平均评分以及患者平均住院时长。结果研究组患者护理总有效率、护理质量评分及满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者平均住院时长较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分对比差异不明显,(P>0.05);护理后:SAS、SDS评分对比,研究组(32.85±3.11)、(35.28±3.57)低于对照组(42.76±2.44)、(44.85±3.77),(P<0.05)。结论手术室全期细节护理对手术室患者护理质量高,护理总有效率高,患者满意度高,患者住院时长显著缩短,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the effect of full-term detail nursing in operating room on nursing quality and satisfaction of patients in operating room.Methods 120 patients with grade II surgery in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the principle of statistics.The patients in the control group were given routine surgical treatment supplemented with clinical routine nursing,while the patients in the study group were given routine surgical treatment supplemented with full-term detailed nursing in the operating room.The nursing quality score,total effective rate of nursing and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.The average score of satisfaction of patients and the average length of stay of patients.Results The total effective rate,nursing quality score and satisfaction score of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the average length of stay in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,the difference in SAS and SDS scores were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were(32.85±3.11)and(35.28±3.57)lower than those in the control group(42.76±2.44)and(44.85±3.77)(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole period detail nursing in operating room has high quality of nursing for patients in operating room,high total effective rate of nursing,high patient satisfaction,and significantly shortened hospitalization time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
