摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术配合手术室细节护理干预对患者心理舒适度、应激状态及麻醉苏醒期躁动的影响。方法选取2018年12月-2019年12月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的124例手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各62例。对照组给予常规手术室护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予手术室细节护理干预。观察两组的SAS评分及SDS评分的变化,记录两组的心率、收缩压、舒张压、皮质醇的变化,观察两组的Riker镇静-躁动评分、苏醒时间以及拔管时间,比较两组的不良反应发生率。结果干预后,观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分、心率、收缩压、舒张压、皮质醇水平、Riker镇静-躁动评分、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),苏醒时间、拔管时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者配合手术室细节护理干预可以改善患者的心理状态和应激状态,减少麻醉苏醒期躁动的发生,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with Operating Room detail nursing on patients'psychological comfort,stress state and restlessness during recovery from anesthesia.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,we selected 124 surgical patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy as research objects.All patients were divided into observation group and control group with the method of random number table,with 62 cases in each group.Control group was given routine Operating Room nursing,and observation group was given Operating Room detail nursing on the basis of control group.We compared the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Self-depression Anxiety Scale(SDS)score,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,cortisol,Riker sedation agitation score,wake-up time,extubation time and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS score,SDS score,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,cortisol,Riker sedation agitation score and incidence of adverse reactions of observation group were lower than those of control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).The wake-up time and extubation time of observation group were shorter than those of control group also with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Operating Room detail nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve patients'mental state and stress state,reduce the occurrence of restlessness during anesthesia recovery,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
