摘要
目的探讨氢溴酸樟柳碱注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果并分析药物安全性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将32例确诊为急性缺血性脑卒中的患者纳入研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组16例。两组患者均给予一般治疗,观察组加用氢溴酸樟柳碱注射液静脉滴注,每日1次,连用14 d。分别观察两组治疗前后美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及3个月后mRS评分。通过TCD检查,观察两组治疗前后侧支循环改善情况,观察用药安全相关指标。结果(1)治疗后,观察组和对照组NIHSS评分分别降低(5.12±1.63)(2.86±1.34),两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组和对照组mRS评分分别为(1.91±1.08)(2.85±0.99),两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,观察组侧支循环血流改善11例,达到68.75%,对照组侧支循环血流改善4例,达到25.00%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,观察组和对照组均无严重药物不良反应。结论氢溴酸樟柳碱注射液能够显著改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损及残障程度,改善侧支循环血流,治疗安全有效。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection for treating patients with acute ischemic stroke,hopefully to provide evidences for its clinical application.Methods Thirty-two patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke were included in the study,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 16 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were both treated with regular treatment,but in addition the observation group were treated with Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection by intravenous drip once daily,for 14 days.NIHSS was measured before and after the treatment,mRS was measured after 3 months.TCD tests were performed before and after treatment,the improvement of collateral circulation and related indexes of drug safety were observed before and after treatment.Results(1)After treatment,the NIHSS scores of observation and control group decreased respectively(5.12±1.63)(2.86±1.34),the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the mRS scores of observation and control group were(1.91±1.08)(2.85±0.99),the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,collateral circulation of 11 cases(68.75%)was improved in observation group,which of 4 cases(25.00%),the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)No adverse cardiovascular reactions occurred in observation and control group.Conclusion Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection can significantly improve the impairment and disability of neurological function on patients with acute ischemic stroke,can improve collateral circulation,and has a better effect and good safety.
