摘要
目的 了解社区医疗结构管理对于高血压防治效果的影响。方法 2018年3月-2019年3月通过4家沈阳市社区服务中心的建档档案、参与社区高血压诊治记录的患者访问记录、没有参与到社区防治的患者进行了对比研究。本研究调查对象为100例。结果 是否接受社区医疗结构管理防治效果影响的比较具有统计学分析意义(P<0.05),社区用药和自行用药方式不同对高血压防治效果的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。社区高血压患者用药种类和占比,社区高血压患者的用药中占比最高的为CCB。其次为β受体阻断剂,紧追其后的是APB。结论 提高老年人对高血压疾病的认知,参与健康生活方式,降低高血压疾病发病率。
Objective To understand effect of community medical structure management on prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods The paper carried on comparative study on 100 people filing files in 4 Shenyang community service centers from March 2018 to March 2019,with interview records of diagnosis and treatment of community hypertension,and patients not participating in community prevention and treatment,with 100 cases as study subjects.Results Comparison of influence of whether to accept management of community medical structure on prevention and treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05),influence of different ways of community medication and self medication on prevention and treatment effect of hypertension was statistically significant (P<0.05).for types and proportion of drugs used by patients with hypertension in the community,CCB had the highest proportion for hypertension patients in community,followed by receptor blocker and APB.Conclusion It is important to improve cognition of hypertension elderly,live in healthy lifestyle and reduce incidence of hypertension.
