摘要
为适应医改发展的需求,引导患者分层次、有序、有效地就医,国内各家医院广泛开展医联体建设,但医联体内药学的发展相对滞后。参考文献及结合本院实际情况,发现目前医联体药学发展中存在的主要问题是:医联体内药学服务重视程度不足、新形势下药学服务需求日益增长、不同级别医院间药学服务能力存在差别、医联体内用药目录存在差异。提出以下几点建议:加强行业管理政策支持、强化医联体内部同质化管理措施、加强单体医疗机构药学服务能力建设。
To meet the needs of medical reform and to guide patients to visit doctors hierarchically, orderly and effectively, many hospitals in China have extensively formed medical alliance. But the development of pharmacy in the medical alliance has relatively lagged behind. Refering to documentation and the practical situation of our hospital, we found that currently the main problems in the pharmaceutical development of medical alliance include insufficient emphasis on pharmaceutical service from leadership in the medical alliance, increasing demand for pharmaceutical service day by day in the new situation, difference in pharmaceutical service between different levels of hospitals, and different lists of medicines used in hospitals within the medical alliance. We put forward the following suggestions： to strengthen policy support for pharmaceutical development, to reinforce the management of internal homogeneity of the medical alliance, and to emphasize the monomer pharmaceutical service capacity in the medical alliance.
