摘要
采用系统性文献分析法,对1993—2020年中国知网、万方及维普3大数据库上中药品种保护制度的347篇研究文献进行收集梳理,从制度评价、制度走向和具体修订路径3个维度对研究内容进行梳理和评述,以期了解该制度实施以来存在的问题和发展的可行性路径。研究发现社会各界对中药品种保护制度的研究热情高,期望大,但实证研究不足,研究内容呈现浅层化和片面化。未来的研究方向应当拓展视野,结合实际国情,探寻一条符合中国特色的中药保护之路。
A total of 347 research literatures related to protection system for varieties of traditional Chinese medicines in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from 1993 to 2020 were sorted out and analyzed by a systematic literature analysis method, in order to understand the problems existing and the feasible path of development since the implementation of this system from system evaluation,system direction and specific revision path. The results show the high enthusiasm from all sectors of society, but there are some problems too, such as the empirical research is insufficient and the research content is shallow and one-sided. Therefore, the future research direction should expand the research horizon, and explore a road of traditional Chinese medicine protection in line with Chinese characteristics, which combined with the actual national conditions.
