摘要
目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及对肾功能及血糖、血脂的影响。方法将126例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各63例,对照组予以福辛普利,20 mg/次,1次/d,口服,治疗14 d。观察组在此基础,10 mL溶入0.9%氯化钠注射250 mL中,1次/d,静滴,治疗14 d。观察两组治疗后临床疗效。治疗前后血糖变化、血脂变化及肾功能变化。结果治疗后观察组总有效率96.67%高于对照组79.37%(P<0.05);两组患者餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均下降,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组24 h蛋白尿定量、肌肝(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)均下降,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、胆固醇(TC)均下降,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)均升高,观察组TG、LDL-C、TC均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病,可提高临床疗效,改善肾功能、降低血糖、调节血脂,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of Danshen Chuanxiongqing injection(丹参川芎嗪注射液)and western medicine on diabetic nephropathy and the effect on renal function,blood glucose and blood lipid.Methods 126 diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 63 cases respectively.The control group was given fosinopril,20mg/time,once/day,oral,and treated for 14 days.On this basis,10mLof Danshen Chuanxiongqing injection was dissolved into 0.9%sodium chloride for 250 mL,once a day,intravenous injection and treated for 14 days.The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.The changes of blood glucose,blood lipid and renal function before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group(79.37%)(P<0.05);the results showed that the two groups decreased in 2hPG,FPG and HbA1c,and the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The protein urine quantity,Cr and BUN in the two groups decreased at 24 hours,and the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);TG,LDL-C and TC of the two groups decreased,HDL-C increased,TG,LDL-C and TC in observation group were lower than that of control group,HDL-C was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Danshen Chuanxiongqing injection and western medicine can improve the clinical size,improve renal function,reduce blood glucose and regulate blood lipid,which is worth popularizing.
