摘要
目的:探讨分析非奈利酮联合百令片治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选择2023年10月至2024年4月期间高安市人民医院收治的70例2型糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照单双数字抽签法分为观察组(35例)与对照组(35例)。观察组患者运用非奈利酮联合百令片治疗,对照组患者运用百令片治疗。比较两组患者炎症因子水平、肾功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非奈利酮联合百令片治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效显著,病情得到有效的控制,炎症因子、肾功能等指标均明显好转,不良反应的发生率相对较低。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of fenagliptin combined with Bailing Tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted to Gao’an People’s Hospital from October 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into an observation group(35 cases)and a control group(35 cases)using a single and double number lottery method.Patients in the observation group were treated with fenagliptin combined with Bailing Tablets,while patients in the control group were treated with Bailing Tablets alone.The levels of inflammatory factors,renal function indicators,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),and urine microalbumin(mAlb)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fenagliptin and Bailing Tablets is significantly effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,effectively controlling the condition,with marked improvements in inflammatory factors and renal function indicators,and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low.
