摘要
为考察新型环保氯化钾捕收剂CS-16和KX-K7对硫酸盐型光卤石的浮选效果,与目前常规的正浮选捕收剂十八烷基伯胺进行了比较试验。结果表明:捕收剂CS-16的浮选效果与十八烷基伯胺相当;捕收剂KX-K7的浮选效果与十八烷基伯胺差距较大。新型环保氯化钾捕收剂CS-16完全可以替代十八烷基伯胺用于日常生产,并且可以降低药剂使用成本、改善操作环境。
In order to investigate the flotation effect of new environmentally friendly potassium chloride collectors CS-16 and KX-K7 on sulfate-type carnallite, a comparative experiment is carried out with the current conventional positive flotation collector octadecyl primary amine. The results show that the flotation effect of collector CS-16 is equivalent to that of octadecyl primary amine. The flotation effect of collector KX-K7 is far from that of octadecyl primary amine. The new environmentally friendly potassium chloride collector CS-16 can completely replace octadecyl primary amine for daily production, and can reduce the cost of chemical use and improve the operating environment.
