主变冷却器风机全停PLC回路故障分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对某变电站主变冷却器风机全停的异常现象进行了研究,结合PLC二次回路图纸,分析了故障点并查找出异常现象产生的原因,由于冷却器手动/自动启动控制回路电源均取自电源变送器输出的301回路,导致当电源变送器故障时,301回路失电,K6、K7线圈失电,造成多功能保护开关被关断,所以第一组风机多功能保护开关BQ1处于停止位置,而第二组风机多功能保护开关BQ2可能由于关断瞬间冲击电流过大或本身元器件老化损坏,提出了改进提升的措施,建议设计人员应该采用2台变送器进行供电等处理方法,希望能引起设计人员足够的重视,在PLC二次回路设计时避免类似问题。 The abnormal phenomenon of total shutdown of cooler fan of main transformer in a substation is studied.Combined with the drawing of PLC secondary circuit,the fault points are analyzed and the causes of abnormal phenomena are found out.Since the power supply of the manual/automatic start control loop of the cooler is from loop 301 output by the power transmitter,when the power transmitter fails,loop 301 loses power.K6 and K7 coils lost power,causing the multi-function protection switch to be turned off.Therefore,the multifunctional protection switch bq1 of the first group of fans is in the stop position.The multifunctional protection switch BQ2 of the second group of fans may be damaged due to excessive impulse current at the moment of shutdown or aging of its own components.This paper puts forward some measures to improve the lifting,and suggests that designers should use two transmitters for power supply and other treatment methods.It is hoped that designers can pay enough attention to avoid similar problems in the design of PLC secondary circuit.
