摘要
肿瘤化疗后不良反应是癌症患者经化疗治疗后多面临的主要问题,其主要包括消化道的不良反应、骨髓抑制和周围神经病变等不良反应。中医药在治疗疾病方面向来坚持整体观念,辨证论治,根据患者不同的情况采取适合自身的治疗方法。针灸等治疗化疗后的消化道不良反应、骨髓抑制与周围神经病变均有着显著疗效,故现对近10年的针灸及其他特殊刺灸法治疗肿瘤化疗后不良反应的文献进行归纳和总结,以期为之后肿瘤的临床治疗提供更多且可靠的治疗措施。
Chemotherapy-induced adverse reactions are the major problem for cancer patients after chemotherapy,including gastrointestinal adverse reactions,bone marrow suppression,and peripheral neuropathy.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)advocates the holistic view in the treatment of diseases and adopts suitable treatments according to the specific conditions of patients under syndrome differentiation.Acupuncture and moxibustion have significant curative effects in the treatment of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,bone marrow suppression,and peripheral neuropathy after chemotherapy.The present study reviewed the research articles on the treatment of adverse reactions after chemotherapy by acupuncture and moxibustion and other special therapies in the past 10 years to provide more reliable treatment measures for the clinical treatment of tumors in the future.
