摘要
目的 了解有关肿瘤患者便秘的研究现状、热点和趋势,为相关研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据、维普中文科技期刊数据库2003年1月1日—2023年12月31日收录的肿瘤后便秘相关研究文献。通过CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件绘制作者、机构、关键词知识图谱并进行解读。结果 共纳入735篇文献,发文量呈波动上升趋势;主要研究机构有北京中医药大学等,涉及737位作者,发文最多的是李静(5篇)、夏黎明(5篇)、张芸(5篇)。高频关键词有“便秘”“肿瘤”“化疗”“穴位贴敷”等,各作者、机构间合作不紧密,穴位贴敷、按摩、中药及针刺疗法等中医特色治疗干预肿瘤患者便秘的临床应用和辨证施治为主要的研究热点,研究趋势为以神阙穴为焦点探讨中医药治疗肿瘤患者便秘的作用机制和临床疗效。结论 治疗肿瘤患者便秘的不同地域研究团队间的合作有待加强,可深入研究其临床应用和作用机制,促进基础研究与临床应用相结合,以提高其安全性和有效性。
Objective To understand the research status,hotspots and trends of constipation after cancer,and to provide reference for related research.Methods CNKI,WANFANG DATA and VIP database for Chinese Science and Technology periodicals from January 1,2003 to December 31,2023 were used to collect the literature related to constipation after caner.CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software was used to draw and interpret the knowledge map of authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 735 articles were included,and the number of publications showed a fluctuating upward trend.The main research institutions conclude Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and etc.A total of 737 authors were involved,with LI Jing,XIA Liming and ZHANG Yun being the most prolific,each publishing 5 papers.High-frequency keywords included"constipation""chemotherapy""tumor"and"acupoint application".The collaboration among authors and institutions was not close.The clinical application and syndrome differentiation-based treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)interventions,such as acupoint application,massage,Chinese herbal medicine,and acupuncture therapy,in the treatment of cancer patients were the main research hotspots.The research trend was to explore the mechanism and clinical effect of TCM on cancer patients with constipation with Shenque point as the focus.Conclusions The research on the treatment of constipation in cancer patients needs to strengthen the cooperation between research teams in different regions,deepen the clinical application and mechanism research,and promote the combination of basic research and clinical research to improve its safety and effectiveness.
