摘要
目的:探讨中药穴位贴敷治疗对化疗所致恶心呕吐的疗效。方法:将2024年3月—11月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院接受化疗的100例恶性肿瘤患者分为对照组(50例,给予常规西药止吐治疗)、观察组(50例,给予中药穴位贴敷治疗),观察恶心呕吐频率、严重程度及生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组恶心呕吐频率和严重程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷治疗化疗所致恶心呕吐的整体效果良好,值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Chinese medicine acupoint application in treating chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV).Methods:A total of 100 malignant tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy at Xinjiang medical university affiliated traditional Chinese medicine hospital from March 2024 to November 2024 were divided into a control group(50 cases,receiving conventional antiemetic therapy)and an observation group(50 cases,treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application).The frequency and severity of nausea and vomiting,as well as quality of life scores,were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the observation group exhibited significantly lower frequency and severity of nausea and vomiting,along with higher quality of life scores,compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine acupoint application demonstrates favorable overall efficacy in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and is worthy of clinical promotion.
