摘要
研究了500 kV变电站主变冷却器控制系统原理及存在的设计缺陷,同时提出了相应改进方案。对强油循环主变冷却器工作、辅助1、辅助2、备用等运行方式,结合现场故障信号逐层分析。通过对原有设计图纸进行改进,消除存在的寄生回路,显著降低由于寄生回路导致继电器损坏的故障率。
Studies are done on the principle and design defects of the main transformer cooler control system in 500 kV substation,and the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward.The operation modes of forced oil circulation main transformer cooler like operation,auxiliary 1,auxiliary 2 and standby,are analyzed layer by layer in combination with field fault signals.By improving the original design drawings,the existing parasitic circuit is eliminated,and the failure rate of relay damage caused by parasitic circuit is significantly reduced.
