摘要
某500 k V变电站变压器冷却器发生全停故障,对现场情况进行检查和分析,得到故障原因为XTC-I主变压器冷却器控制系统PLC模块的设计不合理,提出采用增加辅助回路的方案对PLC模块进行改造,使得冷却控制系统能够可靠运行。
After blackout failure of the transformer cooler of a 500 k V substation,examination and analysis of the site are carried out. The cause of failure is that the design of the PLC module is unreasonable in the XTC-I transformer cooler control system. A scheme of adding auxiliary circuit for the transformation of the PLC module is put forward to make cooling control system run reliably.
