摘要
将30只C57BL/6J小鼠随机均分为食用酒精组、绵柔型酒样1#处理组、绵柔型酒样2#处理组,分别灌胃相同剂量的52%vol食用酒精、52%vol绵柔型酒样1#、52%vol绵柔型酒样2#。与食用酒精组相比,绵柔型酒样组小鼠谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)降低,总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高;细胞质胞浆内核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)蛋白减少,总Kelch样环氧氯丙烷相关蛋白1(Keap1)减少,导致过氧化氢酶(CAT)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)不同程度升高,丙二醛(MDA)降低;炎症相关蛋白诱导型一氧化氮合酶(INOS)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、核因子κB(NF-κB)均不同程度降低。相较于食用酒精,绵柔型酒样1#和绵柔型酒样2#一定程度上减轻了实验小鼠肝损伤程度,可能是其中的活性物质起到了关键性作用。
Thirty C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into edible alcohol group,Mianrou-flavor Baijiu samples 1#and 2#treatment groups.The same dose of 52%vol edible alcohol,52%vol Mianrou-flavor Baijiu samples 1#and 2#were given by intragastric administration.Compared with edible alcohol group,alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)decreased,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)increased in Mianrou-flavor Baijiu sample groups of mice;Cytoplasmic nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)protein decreased,total Kelch like epichlorohydrin associated protein 1(Keap1)decreased,resulting in catalase(CAT),reduced glutathione(GSH),peroxide dismutase(SOD)increased in different degrees,and malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased.Inflammation related protein-induced nitric oxide synthase(INOS),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),the nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)decreased in different degrees.Compared with edible alcohol,Mianrou-flavor Baijiu samples 1#and 2#reduced the degree of liver damage in experimental mice to a certain extent,which may be the active substances played a key role.
